Jim's formal training in music has given him a marked insight into the intricate nuances that many great songs possess. He studied classical guitar at the University of Georgia, under the tutelage of Chuck Yeomans. Later he studied jazz guitar at Georgia State University, where he also took courses in acoustical wave physics and music business.
